Gennifer Baker is a C-level executive consultant who partners with small business owners and entrepreneurs to create clear, actionable strategies that support sustainable growth. With more than 30 years of experience in business strategy and leadership, she helps leaders navigate complexity, make confident decisions, and scale with intention.
Since 2009, Gennifer has advised thousands of entrepreneurs and executive teams, supporting them in increasing profitability, strengthening operations, and building systems designed to last. Her work centers on strategic planning and leadership capacity, with a strong emphasis on aligning day-to-day operations to long-term business goals—so organizations are prepared not just to grow, but to adapt.
Known for her disciplined, results-driven approach, Gennifer focuses on creating meaningful, lasting change. She works closely with clients to transform how their businesses operate, prioritizing long-term impact over short-term fixes and approaching every engagement as a true strategic partnership.
Teri Evans, Leadership Facilitator
Teri Evans is a leadership facilitator and consultant with experience across healthcare, education, athletics, and organizational leadership. Her career began in music therapy, designing therapeutic workshops for educators and piloting a music therapy program in pediatric oncology and pediatric cardiac units at Mayo Clinic’s Children’s Hospital. In this role, she developed session-specific objectives and long-term goals, enabling clients to achieve measurable progress. This early work shaped a leadership approach grounded in listening, psychological safety, objectives measurement, and experiential growth.
Her work has since expanded to youth development, nonprofit governance, athletics, and executive leadership. She has facilitated team development in both volunteer and professional settings, with a focus on strengthening communication, building trust, and helping people perform with clarity and purpose.
In 2019, Teri founded Care By Air, LLC, a care package company geared toward gifts for those dealing with chronic illness, hospitalization, surgery and loss. She currently serves as a Leadership Facilitator with EVP Leadership. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that effective leadership is defined by presence, awareness, and the ability to help others grow.
